PLC Programming

Control programs for Siemens, Allen-Bradley and CODESYS controllers, bench-tested before they reach your plant.

What it fixes

Logic that only its original author understands, and changes made on a running plant with no way to test them first. We write programs the next engineer can follow, and test them before they reach site.

What you get

  • New programs

Control programs for machines and process lines, in the standard IEC 61131-3 languages.

  • Changes to what you have

Fixes and additions to programs you already run, without starting again.

  • Field devices

Links to drives, meters and instruments over Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU and OPC UA.

  • Operator panels

Panel screens for the machine, including Siemens WinCC.

  • Bench testing

Code is tested on our own Siemens S7-1200 test bench before it goes to site.

  • Documentation

An I/O list, a plain description of how the program works, and a backup of the final version.

Platforms

Siemens S7-1200 and S7-1500 in TIA Portal, Rockwell CompactLogix in Studio 5000, and CODESYS. If your machines run something else, we will tell you at the start whether we are the right people for them.
